Bright Steps Beyond
Branston Finefrock is the founder and CEO of Bright Steps Beyond, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving and uplifting communities. At just 19 years old, Branston leads Bright Steps Beyond with a passion for service that started long before the organization ever existed.
At a young age, Branston and his mom began an initiative called Friendly Fridays, where he and a group of friends would go out on Fridays to do kind things for others—anything from delivering homemade cookies to helping someone with their lawn. Those early experiences planted the foundation for a lifelong love of giving back. Branston never set out with the intention of starting a nonprofit, but today he thanks God every day that Bright Steps Beyond became a reality. What began as simple acts of kindness has grown into a mission he deeply loves and believes in.
Outside of Bright Steps Beyond, Branston works as a professional sales consultant for ZZZippy, a marketing company that helps businesses grow. He enjoys the role because it allows him to help businesses succeed while also spreading awareness of Bright Steps Beyond and its mission. When he’s not working, Branston loves spending time with his buddies, going to concerts, traveling, and staying active—values that reflect the same energy, connection, and passion he brings into his work and community involvement
